All prices are per week and are inclusive of towels, linen, electricity and oil (a supplement of £20 per week towards the cost of oil is charged from October to March each year).

Rentals are from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10.00am. Please note any guests arriving later than 4.00pm should make arrangements in advance with Catherine.

Short breaks, a minimum of 2 nights, are dependent upon availability.

• 2 days charged at 65% of weekly rate
• 3 days charged at 70% of weekly rate
• 4 days charged at 75% of weekly rate
• 5 days charged at 80% of weekly rate

For breaks which fall between two seasons, the price applicable is the nearest Saturday's.

25% non-returnable deposit on booking, with the balance payable six weeks in advance of holiday date.

Bookings will be held for one week from date of booking. Confirmation on receipt of deposit.
