GARDEN COTTAGE

This pretty traditional cottage is fresh and light and comfortably sleeps 4 in a twin and double room (UK kingsize bed/American queen size). A private enclosed garden gives privacy to enjoy an evening BBQ’s after a days walking the estate or exploring paradise pool and Santa’s grotto. The historical towns of Dunblane and Bridge of Allan are close by.

Accommodation:
Vestibule/porch, sitting room, dining room, kitchen, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walk in double shower cubicle & wc, twin bedroom, bathroom with wc, whb & bath.

Included:
Electricity, linen and towels, oil central heating, TV, video, DVD player, electric cooker, washing machine, 2 under work top fridges, microwave, dishwasher, BBQ, garden furniture. Travel cot available, undercover parking for 2 to 3 cars.
Please note - October to March each year a supplement of £20 per week is charged towards the cost of oil.

The Garden Cottage is strictly no smoking though feel free to smoke outside whilst admiring the extensive views.

Unfortunately we cannot accept pets as Cauldhame is a working farm.
